Refund Policy: Zero to Hero Program

By enrolling in Zero to Hero: The Beginner’s Guide to Confident Screenwriting (the “Program”), you agree to the terms outlined below. This is a live, small-group educational program designed to guide beginning screenwriters from idea to completed first draft in 12 weeks.

Access & Delivery

  • Upon registration and payment, you will receive access to all scheduled live classes, recordings (if available), course resources, and any associated community features.
  • All materials are provided for personal use only. You may not share, distribute, or resell Program content.

Conduct & Participation

  • You are expected to participate respectfully in live sessions and community spaces.
  • Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the Program without refund.

Intellectual Property

  • All course materials, including recordings, handouts, and guides, are the intellectual property of Neil Chase Film Inc.
  • You may use these materials for your own learning but may not reproduce or distribute them for commercial purposes.

Payment Terms

  • Payment is required in full at the time of registration, unless a payment plan is selected.
  • If you choose a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments unless a refund is approved within the refund period (see below).

Refund Policy

I stand behind the quality of this Program and want you to feel confident in your investment. Because this is a live, small-group course with limited seats, refunds are handled as follows:

  • Full Refund Window: If you attend the first class and feel the Program isn’t right for you, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the start date.
  • After 7 Days: No refunds will be granted after the first week of class has passed, as seats are limited and resources have been provided.
  • Payment Plans: If you select a payment plan, you are responsible for completing all scheduled payments unless a refund request is approved within the refund window.

Limitation of Liability

  • While the Program is designed to improve your screenwriting skills, I do not guarantee any specific outcome, professional placement, or sale of your screenplay.
  • Neil Chase Film shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Program.
